The musician won both awards for his song “White Horse.” After winning single of the year, Chris arrived on stage accompanied by several collaborators. However, Morgane was back in the crowd despite contributing to her husband’s music.

Later, during his speech for his second victory, Chris said: “I’m really surprised. Thank you very much for this. I owe my wife an apology. He continued: “This last reward also belonged to him.” Chris explained that “it happened so quickly” and that he “really owes him a lot” for his music. He also thanked Morgane for her support.

During the 2024 CMA Awards, Chris and Morgane took the stage to perform a duet rendition of “What Am I Gonna Do.” The singer won big as he even won the trophy for male singer of the year at the awards ceremony.
