QUAD CITIES, Ill./Iowa (KWQC) – Have you seen it?

Aaron Spicer, 37, is wanted in Rock Island County for failure to appear in court and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a stolen vehicle.

According to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities, Spicer is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
