Ways to Prevent Colon Cancer Through Diet

Doctors say that even if you can’t completely prevent colon cancer, you can reduce your risk of developing the disease by managing risk factors, including eating a healthy diet. Smart food choices can significantly reduce risk, which includes a diet rich in fiber-rich foods like whole fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
