REACT (REAT:83p), one of the UK’s leading specialist cleaning services and facilities management groups, has announced the £7.4 million acquisition of Aquaflow Services, a drainage and plumbing company based in London and the South East of England.

Created more than 20 years ago, Aquaflow is profitable, cash-generating and benefits from a solid customer base. More than 95% of its customers are facilities management customers and are not REACT customers. Almost 80 percent of Aquaflow’s turnover is recurring business, of which 43 percent is also planned preventative work.
