MOORE, Okla. (KOCO) – Authorities have finally identified the child at the center of a disturbing missing persons case in Moore, Oklahoma.

The police were only able to discover a photo of the little girl from when she was one or two years old.

Officers with the Moore Police Department say London Kerr is now 5 years old. She was last seen in April 2022.

The child’s mother, Ashley Rowland, allegedly gave the girl to a man named Carlos who was selling methamphetamine.

Rowland said the man could be in Mexico.

Agents said they had been searching London for weeks, inspecting several properties, storage units and electronic devices, trying to find the girl’s birth certificate, Social Security card, clothing or anything else that could lead them to her.

After weeks of searching, nothing was found except two photos.

Police are now asking OSBI to assist in the investigation. London has also been listed with the National Crime Information Center as a missing person.
