While a flip-up rear bed is nothing new, Orion doubles down on the concept by also installing one at the front of the van, above the seats. These beds can be raised to the roof during the day and lowered at nightfall.

Where does the fifth bed come from? Under the rear double bed is a folding sofa which disappears into the wall when not in use, but when extended it can accommodate three people and converts into a single bed to tuck away your uncle or whatever your fifth wheel coupling.

What’s especially convenient here is that all those beds don’t mean you just have a single-family sleeping car. When the sofa and beds are folded, you have access to an L-rail built directly into the floor as well as tie-down/mounting points.

You can even remove the rear seats (which are mounted on rails) for additional storage space, allowing room for larger outdoor products such as bikeskayaks, dirt bikes and more.
