Avoid adding too much wheat flour, as this may alter the flavor of the corn flour. You can also add a pinch of turmeric to give a vibrant color to the rotis.

2. Use lukewarm water:

Always knead dough with lukewarm water rather than cold water. This helps bind the dough better and keeps it supple. After kneading, let the dough rest for a while before making the rotis.
