The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata is scheduled to conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 today, November 24, 2024. The exam will be conducted in three shifts across several centers across the country. Candidates must bring their CAT 2024 admit card and valid ID proof to the exam hall. Entry will not be allowed without the admission card.

A printed copy of the room ticket on A4 size paper.

A valid identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or Indian passport).

A affidavit from the scribe, if applicable.

Prohibited items:

To preserve the integrity of the exam, the following items are strictly prohibited in the exam room:

Mobile phones and Bluetooth devices.

Electronic gadgets including smart watches.

Jewelry and metal shoes with thick soles.

Clothes with big buttons.

Instructions for exam day:

To ensure a smooth exam experience, candidates should follow these guidelines:

Bring the printed admit card and original identity proof.

Ensure that a recent passport size photo, matching the one submitted in the application, is affixed to the admit card.

After the exam, place the admit card in the box provided for this purpose.

Use only the pen and notepad provided at the center and return them after the exam.

The keyboard will be disabled; Candidates must use the mouse for navigation.

Mobile phones, gadgets, calculators and personal stationery are not permitted in the examination hall.
