New road projects in Greater Cincinnati expected to help keep traffic moving safely and smoothly

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Drivers in various parts of the Tri-State area will notice completed road projects, including one in Clermont County and another in Harrison.

Work on the Aicholtz Road roundabout in Clermont County is now complete, marking the opening of three new roundabouts in the area.

The Transportation Improvement District said the roundabouts should make traveling in the area safer and more efficient.

Additionally, in another part of the Tri-State, new stop signs are being installed at a busy intersection in Harrison.

Work will be carried out Tuesday morning at West Road and Westbrook Drive. The new changes mean drivers in all directions will now have to stop at the intersection.

The city says the stop signs will make the area safer for drivers while improving traffic flow.
