With the New York Yankees on the brink of elimination, perhaps it’s time to start looking toward the future in the Bronx.

The Yankees are currently trailing the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-0 in the World Series. A loss Tuesday night would end both teams’ seasons, dashing New York’s hopes of winning its first title in 15 years.

In addition to eliminating the Yankees from the 2024 playoffs, a loss will immediately open up a handful of questions heading into a critical winter for the club.
