We will begin with prepared remarks from Scott Bibaud, President and CEO of Atomera; and Frank Laurencio, CFO of Atomera. Then we will open the call for questions. If you are joining us by phone, you can follow a slide presentation to accompany our remarks in the Events & Presentations section of our Investor Relations page on our website.
