Trump Super PAC launches $50 million battleground ad blitz to make ‘final pitch’ to voters

One of Trump’s largest super PACs launched a $50 million ad campaign Wednesday on major cable networks and streaming service providers in all seven battleground states, making a “final argument” to key voters in the final sprint to Election Day.

The ads, scheduled to air beginning Wednesday evening, were funded by Make America Great Again, Inc. (or MAGA, Inc.) and previewed exclusively on Fox News before they aired.

Each seeks to hit Kamala Harris by attacking what the campaign sees as her greatest weaknesses. in the home stretch before the elections.

An ad titled “Are you OK?” ” features an excerpt of Harris’ remarks during the presidential debate against Donald Trump this summer, when she spoke of her desire to put country before party.

“As a prosecutor, I never asked if you’re a Republican or a Democrat,” she said afterward. “The only thing I ever asked was ‘Are you okay?'”

The clip shows voters watching footage of Harris and responding bluntly with their biggest complaints about the job market, inflation and immigration — areas the campaign sees as Harris’ biggest weaknesses heading into of election day.

“I work three jobs to survive,” one person says in the ad. “Crime is out of control,” says another.

The other ad, titled “Broken Oath,” appears to directly blame Harris for a litany of national security and foreign policy crises that have unfolded over the past four years under the Biden administration, before urging voters to support Trump.

“Our murdered troops. An open border. Crime on our streets. Skyrocketing costs. Assassination attempts,” a narrator says, adding: “We are on the brink of a Third World War.”

The Trump campaign has repeatedly sought to blame Harris for what he sees as the Biden administration’s biggest failures. Trump has frequently used this to hit his opponent on the campaign trail, telling voters at recent rallies: “Kamala broke it.” I’ll fix it.”

It’s unclear how many of these policies — whether at home or abroad — Harris might have had influence over in her role as vice president.

Since April, MAGA, Inc. has spent approximately $325 million to support Trump’s re-election campaign.

The super PAC has concentrated its resources mainly on strengthening Trump’s standing in swing states – particularly among voters in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada – four states where Trump narrowly lost to Biden in 2020.

Earlier this month, he announced spending an additional $10 million on ads aimed at winning over black and Hispanic voters in these competitive districts, targeting voters living in the inner cities of Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta.

A spokesperson for the PAC told Fox News in a statement that the ads sought to convey to voters that Trump would correct the policy failures of the past four years.
