Corcoran homes finally have electricity

The land surrounding the new homes belonged to several private owners who did not want aerial equipment… But after months of negotiations and several obstacles along the way. PG&E says it has finally managed to find a solution.

PG&E also says it is committed to doing everything possible to ensure customers now have electricity. It also states that house builder DR Horton was aware that these houses were going to be built without electricity.

All the equipment that will now be used to transport electricity to homes will be overhead. All that remains is to install the meters. PG&E says its portion will be completed, but the builder still needs to conduct a final inspection before homeowners can finally move in.
