YEIDA Diwali Plot Project: The project will include plots of four sizes near Noida Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to roll out a new residential land project in Diwali 2024. The project will offer 821 plots in sectors 18 and 24A, located close to the upcoming Noida International Airport. YEIDA officials confirmed that the project would primarily focus on smaller plot sizes to meet growing demand.

The brochure for the 821 plots has already been finalized.

Demand response spurs new program

Following an impressive response to its previous residential land project in September, which attracted over 200,000 applications for 361 plots near the airport, YEIDA has decided to introduce another project.

The new offering will provide plots of varying sizes in Sectors 18 and 24A, designed to meet the high demand for residential options close to Noida’s expanding airport area.

Applications for this program are open from October 31 and will close on November 30, with a draw scheduled for December 27.

“Meet the demand for housing near the airport”

“We have proposed this land project because there is a huge demand for residential land near the airport site,” said Arun Vir Singh, CEO of YEIDA. excluding tax.

“This project provides a wonderful opportunity for buyers who want to build houses near Noida Airport.”

According to Singh, the project has received a certificate of registration from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), ensuring that all formalities and approvals are completed for the Diwali launch.

Plot sizes and availability

The project will include plots of four sizes: 120 square meters (m²), 162 m², 200 m² and, for the first time, 250 m². Sector 24A will have 344 plots available, while 477 plots will be offered in blocks 9A and 9B of sector 18.

The development area around the Noida International Airport, including the upcoming International Cinema City, has attracted considerable interest among home builders.
