Will there be typhoon weather this weekend or not? Some organizers have already canceled or postponed events, but here are five wellness sessions that are likely to go ahead, rain or shine.

Are you feeling lonely, depressed or stressed? Don’t sit silently. Join others in a confidential and professional support group session. Take part in New Normal yoga and singing sessions benefiting mental health charity. Start or boost your running training in a free session led by an experienced marathon runner.

Peel yourself off the couch and go.

1. OCD and Anxiety adult support group meeting

She regularly welcomes new members and provides them with a space to share their fears and concerns in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. This session includes discussions and reflections, opportunities to learn and apply different proven methods to reduce anxiety. There is no need for anyone who is uncomfortable to share.

It takes place on Saturday from 14.30 to 16.30; The suggested donation amount to participate is HK$100 (US$13).
