MARTINEZ, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Deputies arrested two suspects in connection with breaking into multiple cars Thursday morning, according to Maj. Steve Morris.

At 12:26 p.m., Morris told us suspect Aaron Kentrell Edmunds was taken into custody in Aiken.

Columbia County deputies said they were in the area of ​​Petersburg Station, The Pass and Cedar Rock Drive looking for Edmonds around 7 a.m.

Morris told us: “Our Real Time Crime Center received an LPR alert early Thursday morning and located the vehicle. The suspects fled, including one in police custody.

The perimeter was still established around the Petersburg Station area, including Stagecoach Way and Calico Circle, as well as other areas along The Pass.
