A Dearborn Heights home sold for $216,000 tops the list of Wayne County’s most expensive residential real estate sales between Oct. 7-27.

A total of seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the county over the past three weeks, with an average price of $111,714. The average price per square foot was $96.

The prices listed below are for real estate sales whose title was recorded from the week of October 7 to the week of October 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
