Insurance and warranty company Opteven UK has appointed Neil Mobey and Emmanuel Pallot as new chief operating officers, each with distinct responsibilities to improve the company’s service standards.

Mobey joins us after 16 years at Renault Retail Group UK. He brings with him 23 years of automotive experience, during which he held several management positions within Renault Retail Group, his last role being National Shopping Center Director.

“Opteven is an ambitious company with a track record of success combined with a desire for growth and a drive to be the best. After meeting with the senior team members, it is clear that the company shares my passion for delivering consistent results, while putting employees at the heart of its achievements,” he said.

Pallot has worked in the truck industry for 25 years, spending the last 20 at Man UK in various roles including breakdown call center supervisor, customer support manager and, for the last five years, responsible for contracts and guarantees.

“Opteven continues to grow its UK operations and there are some really exciting product developments in the pipeline over the coming years. I’m delighted to be part of it,” commented Pallot.

These appointments follow the promotion of former UK operations director, Madjid Hadj-Amar, to France operations director, based in Lyon where he worked for 23 years. During his time in the UK, Madjid focused on enhancing the digital transformation strategy of Opteven UK’s automotive warranty operations.
