MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. The Russian government will submit amendments to the second reading of the draft federal budget for 2025-2027 to the State Duma (lower house of Parliament) on November 5, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a committee meeting of the United Russia party.

“All this was reflected in the draft budget and draft amendments that have been prepared and which will be submitted for second reading to the State Duma on (November) 5,” he said.

Chairman of the Lower House Budget and Tax Committee Andrei Makarov said earlier that the second reading of the draft Russian federal budget for 2025 and for the planning period 2026-2027 could take place during the session plenary session of the Duma on November 14. the amendments could be fixed until November 5, he added.
