SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a 36-year-old fugitive on the run since early 2022.

Crime Stoppers said James Westman was involved in an altercation that resulted in the shooting of a person on February 23, 2022.

Westman evaded police and became wanted on several other criminal drug and weapons charges, police said.

He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
