Coplin Health Systems Names Poling as Chief Information Officer | News, Sports, Jobs

PARKERSBURG — Coplin Health Systems announced the promotion of CIO Jason Poling to chief information officer.

“I’m excited about this opportunity” Poling said. “The role of the Chief Information Officer is critical to ensuring technology initiatives align seamlessly with Coplin’s mission.

As chief information officer, Poling will oversee the organization’s IT operations, ensuring the integration of technology solutions to improve patient care, optimize efficiencies and advance strategic initiatives.

“My goal is to improve patient care and improve overall efficiency. » Poling said. “I look forward to collaborating with various departments to integrate data insights into our strategic planning and daily operations, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery.”

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Poling has served as the organization’s Chief Information Officer since 2019, and a Health Informatics Specialist since 2018. Poling holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and degree in biology from Glenville State University and received his MBA from the University of the People. He also holds a medical laboratory scientist license.

Rob Dudley, CEO of Coplin Health Systems, said Poling’s experience and leadership in IT and technology made him the ideal candidate to lead the organization’s digital transformation efforts.
