Jessica Simpson celebrates 7 years of sobriety

Jessica Simpson celebrates seven years without alcohol.

The 44-year-old musician announced her feat in a touching way Instagram post on Friday, November 1, writing, “7 years ago today I realized I don’t drink alcohol .”

The post included a black and white image of Simpson looking out of an airplane window.

In the comments section, several famous fans and friends applauded her feat, including John Stamoswho wrote: “Well done! .”

THE mother of three children has been open about her health journey. Last year, she marked six years of abstinence with an Instagram Stories post linked to a Article from November 1, 2021 with a photo of herself from November 1, 2017. She wrote on the upload: “6 years sober.”

The 2021 Instagram post included a lengthy caption in which she recalled why she decided to get sober.
