When using a mouse, a wrist rest can hold your wrist in a neutral position to help reduce hand or wrist discomfort. – Consider the small and united of Belkin WaveRest Gel Wrist Padwhich costs $9.99.

If your feet don’t lie flat on the ground, try a footrest. A footrest helps support the feet and relieves pressure on the underside of the thigh that you would have if your feet were dangling.
