“You’ve been deployed undercover for years…people come back damaged!” Showtime has revealed the full official trailer for a dark underground thriller series titled The Agencyanother undercover series about the dangerous world of black ops and undercover agents. This star Michael Fassbender as the agent at the center of the story, making this feel like a continuation of Fincher’s film. The killer movieespecially with such a similar title. Based on the French series The Office (2015), and created by writers Jez & John-Henry Butterwort, The Agency is a spy thriller set within the department responsible for training and managing undercover agents on long-term missions who live under false identities for years, trying to identify and recruit intelligence sources. Martian (Fassbender) is ordered to abandon his life undercover and return to London Station. When the love he left behind reappears, romance is reborn. His career, his true identity and his mission clash with his heart; launching them both into a deadly game. The series’ impressive cast includes Jeffrey Wright, Jodie Turner Smith, Catherine Waterston, John Magaro, Alex Reznik, Andrew Brooke, Harriet Sansom Harris, India Fowler, Saura Lightfoot-Leon, Reza BrojerdiAnd Richard Geré.
