Manchester City superfan Noel Gallagher was in the stands at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium on Saturday, where the Cherries secured their first victory against his beloved team.

The Oasis and High Flying Birds star was among the away fans who traveled to Dorset on the south coast where he saw the Citizens’ 32-match unbeaten run come to an end.

Gallagher, who has “supported City for 50 years”, looked stunned after his side conceded the second goal.

The singer-songwriter is one of City’s most high-profile fans and was recently asked to design the team’s new fourth kit, which is worn at select European matches.
