Al Zarooni Developments, a leading player in the UAE real estate sector, has recently expanded into North America with flagship projects that demonstrate its commitment to quality and sustainable growth. In Seattle, the company completed Tower 12, a 16-story hotel and residential property that combines urban luxury and thoughtful design in the bustling downtown core. In Kansas City, the Falcon Ridge development combines three golf courses with luxury housing, offering a unique fusion of sports, recreation and upscale living. On Vancouver Island in the Comox Valley, the Cayet Lands project is a 100-acre master-planned community emphasizing sustainability and harmony with the natural landscape.

Additionally, in Toronto, Al Zarooni established a high-rise residential project in Richmond Hill, comprising 610 modern units spread across a multi-story podium, meeting the evolving needs of the city’s urban residents.
