The IRCTC Board will today consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Thursday, November 14, 2024 as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors, he said in an exchange filing.
