Doha: Msheireb Properties, Qatar’s leading sustainable real estate developer, will attend the prestigious Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, ​​which will be held from November 5-7.

The Smart City Expo World Congress is an annual gathering that brings together global leaders, innovators and policymakers to share solutions for a smarter, more sustainable future.

This year’s congress will feature a keynote address from Msheireb Properties’ Senior Director of Information and Communications Technology, Ahmed Al Korbi, in a key session titled “Navigating the Digital Age of PropTech and of real estate”. His presentation will examine how smart technologies are being integrated into the fabric of Msheireb Doha City Centre, Qatar’s award-winning sustainable urban development.

Al Korbi will participate in a panel discussion with other world-renowned experts to curate Msheireb’s flagship redevelopment, Msheireb Downtown Doha, as a model for how other urban developments could approach integrating smart technology into the fabric even buildings to improve the resident experience.
