Officers found evidence of a shooting and the wrecker. Simultaneously, a walk-in report was received from a local hospital indicating that a private vehicle had transported the victims of this incident for treatment.

The victims included a 15-year-old Wichita boy who was shot in the leg and a 13-year-old boy who was fatally shot and pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.

Initial investigations reveal that a disturbance occurred in the QuikTrip parking lot, which led to the suspect shooting into the crowd, tragically injuring both victims.
