BUTTE – Acting County Attorney Kelli Fivey reported to law enforcement that about 100 of her campaign signs were missing and alleges her challenger, attorney Matt Enrooth, is responsible for taking at least one of the signs.

Fifty posted photos on his Facebook page recently showing someone she said was Enrooth taking down his sign outside the Freeway Tavern.

Root confirmed on his Facebook page that he is the person in the photos. He claims the owner of the Freeway Tavern did not give the Fivey campaign permission to post a sign and removed it at the owner’s request.
