November’s first batch of Xbox Game Pass titles includes tactical metal slugs, simulated goats, bank-robbing turnips, and a whole bunch of planes

It’s a new month, which means new Xbox Game Pass additions, and there’s plenty of variety in this new batch.

Want more games on Xbox Game Pass? You get them! Right off the bat, it kicks off tomorrow, November 5, with the latest addition to the Metal Slug series, Metal Slug Tactics. “Dive into this dynamic tactical RPG with a roguelite thrill and experience the iconic run’n’gun action of the original series, redefined,” says a description of the game. This one is actually a day one game as well, so if you can’t wait to play it when it comes out, you can, and you can do it on cloud, console, and PC (but you’ll need Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game. Skip it) .

After that, on November 6th, there’s a whole bunch of titles actually, so buckle in. First up, there’s Go Mecha Ball, a “twin-stick shooter with roguelike progression” and “arcade-style levels,” as well as “pinball-style physics.” mixed with an arsenal of devastating weapons. ยป There’s also The Rewinder, a “2D puzzle adventure game inspired by traditional Chinese folklore” in which you have the opportunity to “penetrate people’s memories and influence their actions.”

Do you like crime? Then November 6th will also see the arrival of Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, a sequel to the beloved Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion, both games being pretty self-explanatory I think. Finally, there is Harold Halibuta game made entirely of stop-motion models about “friendship and life on a city-sized spaceship submerged in an alien ocean.” This one is only available on Xbox Series X/S, but the other three November 6 titles are more widely available on console and you only need Game Pass Standard to play them.

Coming up next November 7 is Goat Simulator Remastered, a remastered version of the comedy classic, which includes improved graphics and all of the game’s original DLC items – this one is on the cloud, PC and Xbox Series X/S, and you will need Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass. Finally, there is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 coming November 19, which lets you fly around the world in a whole bunch of planes, also available on the cloud, on PC and Xbox Series X/S, and also requires Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass.

There are plenty of games to play there, so don’t come complaining to me about some nonsense that you have nothing to play.
