When Swift, 34, first took the stage at Lucas Oil Stadium on the first night of November 1, she sported a red and gold manicure. The festive manicure could mean Swift had already gone from Halloween mode to Christmas mode, but we know better. We think it’s more of a sweet nod to her boyfriend Travis Kelce, 35, and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, whose colors are red, white and gold.

Eagle-eyed fans called him out on social media, noting the adorable gesture — and it was made even more adorable when Kelce showed up for the second night on November 2.

Kelce took a quick trip to Indianapolis for the Saturday night show, watching the concert from the VIP tent alongside the singer’s mom, Andrea Swift. During “So High School” The Department of Tortured Poetsas seen in a video posted on TikTokKelce smiled and danced alongside Andrea as Swift reached the end of the song. After filming the athlete and the singer’s mother, the filming fan could be heard saying, “Oh my God,” as they turned the camera to Swift on stage.

The Grammy winner also changed her usual lyrics to “Karma” when the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is at a show, singing, “Karma is a Chiefs guy, he’s coming straight to my house.”

That same night, Swift also changed her hair slightly, which fans of course noticed. When she entered the stage, fans quickly noticed that her normally thick bangs, which usually curl a bit at the ends, had been cut to hit just above her eyes. A subtle change not to be missed!
