NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – With one day until Election Day, North Platte officials are reminding the public that all political signs must comply with the city’s code of ordinance or they will be removed by the city’s building inspection staff. city.

According to the Code of Ordinances, temporary signs are not permitted on any city, county or state right-of-way.

City officials are asking the public to post signs behind the sidewalk to indicate that they do not have the right of way.
