    Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump have both proposed a series of policies aimed at attracting worker votes as the election approaches.

    Both are committed to end taxes on tips for certain workers, for example. But their plans to potentially raise the minimum wage are less concrete.

    Harris said she supports an increase in at least $15 per hourbut says she will work with Congress on the issue. Trump dodged a question about raising the minimum wage during his visit to McDonald’s last month, but said he would do so. consider that in 2020.
