However, what was more impressive were the mild temperatures during the night.

Many places experienced their warmest, minimum (or overnight low) temperatures for the month of November, highlighting how hot it was overnight.

Windsor, London, Hamilton and Toronto all broke their old records, not falling below 15.1C at night.

A cold front will eventually cross southern Ontario Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, bringing intermittent patches of rain and accompanied by gusty winds.

Above-seasonal temperatures will continue on Wednesday, but they will be a few degrees cooler than Tuesday.

Mild temperatures will continue to dominate early and mid next week. Another system is expected around the middle to end of next week, followed by a quick spell of colder weather, but above-seasonal temperatures are expected to dominate through the middle of the month.
