Almost two months later death of Tito JacksonThe Jackson 5 singer was buried Monday in the same cemetery as his brother and member of the group Michael Jackson.

Tito was buried in a private ceremony at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California, where family patriarch Joe Jackson was also buried upon his death in 2018.

According to the associated presssiblings La Toya Jackson and Marlon Jackson, as well as Michael’s children Paris and Bigi Jackson, were in attendance.

Tito’s three sons – Taj, Taryll and TJ – previously announced their father’s death on September 15 on social media, calling him “an incredible man who cared about everyone and their well-being.” They continued: “Some of you may know him as Tito Jackson from the legendary Jackson 5, some know him as ‘Coach Tito’ or some know him as ‘Poppa T.’ Nonetheless, he will be greatly missed. This will forever be “Tito Time” for us. Remember to do what our father always preached: “Love one another, Dad.”

Tito Jackson was the third eldest of the nine Jackson siblings and the second – after Michael, who died in 2009 – to die. Tito is survived by their family’s 94-year-old mother, Katherine, and the other seven remaining Jackson siblings: La Toya, Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Marlon, Jackie and Rebbie.

After his death, his sister Janet Jackson wrote in a tribute“May you rest in eternal peace. I’m going to miss you so much.
