Black sheep 2

Deadline reports that original director Jonathan King will return to direct a sequel to his 2006 film Killer Sheep, Black sheep, with actor Nathan Meister who also confirmed his return in the role of sheep-phobic Henry Oldfield. The sequel (based on a story by Matthew Grainger, Rosie Howells and King himself) reportedly concerns “a young scientist who becomes convinced that a dangerous new pathogen is threatening the population and is tracking her back to her hometown – which is located in the shadow of the isolated sheepfold where the grisly events of the original take place.” Black sheep unfolded. »

James Gunn has once again denied another DC Studios rumor, postpone discussions against rumors that he was set to direct an adaptation of the Darwyn Cooke film New frontier.

Tremors

Fangoria also reports Tremors Screenwriter SS Wilson recently confirmed that he and co-writer Brent Maddock picked up the rights to the original film at the 2nd annual TremorsFest in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

What we have now are the rights to our original script. That’s good, we can do it again (Tremors) if we want. We don’t have the rights to Shriekers, we don’t have the rights to Ass Blasters, we don’t have the rights to Tremors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6And 7.


Venom 4/Agent Venom

Regular scooper DanielRPK (via Comicbook.com) suggests that Sony is looking to continue the Venom movie franchise after The last dance with an Agent Venom film adapting the storyline of the popular Flash Thompson comic book.


Star Trek: Seven out of Nine/Star Trek: Legacy

During another recent panel at Spacecon in San Antonio, Texas (via Hiking film), Jeri Ryan revealed she turned down a Seven of Nine spinoff series Picardbut would still be interested in appearing in the legendary Terry Matalas film Star Trek: Legacy.

There were discussions. And there was an idea that was proposed to me afterwards Picard finished, which was not the Legacy show that I know the fans are asking for it, that I want to do it. But it just wasn’t me… it didn’t seem like the right kind of thing… But there were discussions. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned from this franchise, it’s: never say never. You never know.


Superman and Lois

Finally, the citizens of Smalltown begin to suspect Clark Kent’s secret identity in the trailer for “A Regular Guy,” next week’s episode of Superman and Lois.
