Tom Cruise’s erotic drama is now available on Netflix

Tom Cruiseerotic drama Eyes wide closed was released on Netflix.

Stanley Kubrick’s 1999 film, starring Nicole Kidmanhas become somewhat of a classic over the past two decades.

Fans in the UK and Ireland can watch it on streaming site starting today (November 6).

Eyes wide closed follows a doctor who learns from his wife that she was considering having an affair a year earlier and embarks on a nighttime adventure that sees him sneak into a masked orgy.

Although the film initially divided critics, it has since been considered a classic and was also a box office success. It was also Kubrick’s last film before his death the year it was released.

Furthermore, Cruise’s new untitled film with The ghost director Alejandro González Iñárritu was recently confirmed the start of production very soon in the UK.

The film is part of the actor’s deal with Warner Bros. Discovery and is also expected to star John Goodman, Jesse Plemons, Sandra Hüller, Sophie Wilde and Michael Stuhlbarg.

Cruise is also preparing the release of the eighth Mission: Impossible next year, with star Shea Whigham recently confirming that the film was set to hit the big screen in May 2025.

“It took four years. We made Lake George in 21 days, but they mean no less to me, if that makes sense,” he said. The Hollywood Reporter. “I consider myself lucky with the things I’ve been working on lately, but yeah, we’re done.

“Tom (Cruise) is not finished, and (Mission: Impossible 8) comes out next May.”

Eyes wide closed is now available to stream on Netflix in the UK and Ireland.
