CMS Info Systems saw moderate growth in net profit due to slowdown in consumption, elections and heavy rains during the first half of the current financial year, which impacted the achievements . Net profit grew 8% to Rs 91 crore year-on-year (YoY).

At the same time, the company recorded a solid 15% growth in revenue on an annual basis, driven by strong cash flow growth. logistics activity, up 11% to 1,43,000 and new orders in managed services and technology business also increased by Rs 400 crore.

“We continue to deliver strong revenue growth of 16% in the first half, in line with our long-term growth CAGR of 17%. Our cash logistics business is performing robustly with consistent 9% growth in revenue and increasing share in key growth segments,” Rajiv Kaul, Whole-time Director and CEO, CMS Info System.

During the second half of the financial year, the company will focus on accelerating the execution of the order book. Three new AI use cases for e-commerce, hospitality and retail customers, as well as POCs, are in the works.
