Jingle Bell Ball: Full line-up and ticket details as musical extravaganza returns to O2 Arena

The annual musical extravaganza takes place over two days in December and is a winter version of Global Radio’s Summertime Ball, held at Wembley Stadium each June.

From who’s on the list to the most important dates and how to get tickets, here’s everything you need to know about the 2024 Jingle Bell Ball.

When is the Jingle Bell Ball?

The two-day event will take place at the O2 Arena on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 December.

As usual, Capital has booked a whole host of chart-topping stars, including Glastonbury headliners, US pop sensations and TikTok favorites. While most artists only perform on one of two evenings, Tom Grennan fans are in for a treat as he takes the stage both days.

When and where are tickets on sale?

There are also a few presales that give you the chance to skip the queue. Capital listeners who tuned into the Global Player on Thursday at 9 a.m. had exclusive access to the tickets.

There is also another pre-sale for Barclaycard customers, who receive a 10% discount when using their credit card to purchase tickets. This presale also started on Thursday at 9am and will continue until 5pm on the same day or when tickets are sold out.

As with most events at the O2 Arena, O2 customers can access priority tickets via the app. This sale is also already open.

What if you don’t get tickets?

If you’re unable to purchase them or can’t make it to the event, don’t worry: all the action will be streamed on Capital and you can also catch up later, via the Global Player.
