We were determined to repair the missed opportunities of 2022 and 2023, fueled by the stories, struggles, and beliefs of ordinary Americans whose lives have been directly impacted by establishment and elite policies.

America First Works has become a voice for these voices. Behind it all was the leadership of Brooke Rollins, who had the vision; Linda McMahon, whose strength built our reach; And Lee Zeldinwhose unwavering dedication has inspired thousands across the country to join our cause.

In 2022 and 2023, we watched in real time as voters were cannibalized by switching to early voting, making Election Day turnout lower than ever. We knew then that we had to build something stronger, something more resilient.

Our coalition was not just about capturing votes; it was about reaching people, listening to them, and educating large numbers of low- and no-propensity voters who felt abandoned in previous elections. It was view voters as customers – and build a business that serves the American people.

The strategy was simple but ambitious.

We launched Project 19 targeting the 19 most important flagship counties. When Brooke Rollins started AFPI, she had a vision of having an advocacy arm – America First Works. By 2024, his vision grew the $2 million organization and transformed it into a formidable $35 million machine that stretched from coast to coast, paving the way for the ground game the most massive the country has seen in decades.

This effort would not have been possible without the hundreds of organizations that mobilized through Pathway Partners. We worked alongside the grassroots powerhouses like Turning Point ActionChase the Vote, AMAC Action, Tea Party Patriots Action and Hunter Nation.

This was no ordinary coalition; it was a new type of collaboration where each partner amplified the strengths of the others. A common goal united our coalition: bringing the promise of America back to the average citizen who felt forgotten. We not only mobilized; we were empowering communities.

Countless stories across America have shaped our journey.

In Arizona, we met mothers in Scottsdale who had lost their children to fentanyl. Each was a reminder of the devastating border crisis that ravaged families and cost lives. Their stories resonated throughout Arizona and beyond, becoming a powerful call for responsibility and action.

In Wayne County, Michiganwe met Abdul, whose family was furious that he had introduced radical educational content into their children’s public schools. Under President Trump, he said, his family has felt peace and stability. But with the current administration, he spoke about the erosion of values, his family’s struggles and feeling like their voices no longer mattered.

THREE REASONS WHY Trump Triumphed

On Election Day, Project 19 transformed into Project 47, with more than 3,500 canvassers in 47 counties visiting more than 5.7 million Americans at their doorsteps and sending more than 23 million text messages to to vote. Data from key battleground states tells the story of our impact:

• In Arizona, we reached 1,353,687 people via text, which generated 654,787 voters, a text-to-vote ratio of 48%. Our 468,424 door knocks resulted in a knock-to-vote ratio of 42%. This level of mobilization was vital in a state previously decided by just over 10,000 votes.

• In Georgiaa state that had never gone our way before, 511,120 of the 1,074,915 people we texted voted, with a vote-to-vote ratio of 61% – 188,459 out of 311,172 households knocked. This mobilization demonstrates the power of our strategy in historically difficult terrain.

• In Pennsylvania, where early voting for Republicans has been historically low, our text program alone brought a record-breaking 392,152 early voters to the polls. We nearly matched the previous cycle’s early Republican vote total just by mobilizing mid- and low-propensity voters.

Our efforts would not have been successful without the unwavering guidance of Linda McMahon, whose operational insight ensured that every piece of the puzzle fit together seamlessly, and Lee Zeldin, whose dedication inspired our teams on the ground to keep moving forward, even when the hours were long, and the work was hard. With the vision of Brooke Rollins, they transformed America First Works into a monumental popular movement.

What we built in 2024 was simply historic. But we know this is just the beginning. Our coalition of Pathway partners and the thousands of people who have polled, called, and shared their stories represent a movement far bigger than any election. These are Americans who want their country back, who believe in the values ​​that make this nation strong, and who refuse to be silenced by a media that tries to stifle their voices.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to our mission. We created a plan to reach the real Americanot as an anonymous mass of voters but as people with hopes, struggles and stories.
