Highlights of the evening’s match

Final: Mater Dei 59, Saint John Bosco 14

Mater Dei led 45-0 at halftime. The Monarchs improved to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in the Trinity League. St. John Bosco falls to 8-1 overall and 3-1 in league play.

3rd Q: Mater Dei 59, Saint John Bosco 7

Mater Dei senior linebacker Nasir Wyatt recovered a fumble and returned it six yards for a touchdown with 2:58 left in the third quarter. The PAT was good. Mater Dei leads 59-7.

Mater Dei senior quarterback Dash Beierly threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to sophomore tight end Mark Bowman with 3:03 left in the third quarter. The PAT was good. Mater Dei leads 52-7.

Mater Dei senior quarterback Dash Beierly threw a 1-yard touchdown pass to senior defensive lineman Semi Taulanga with 23.6 seconds left in the second quarter. The PAT was good. Mater Dei leads 45-0.

Mater Dei senior quarterback Dash Beierly threw a 19-yard touchdown pass to sophomore receiver Gavin Honoré. The PAT was good. Mater Dei leads 38-0 with 3:51 left in the second quarter.

Mater Dei junior defensive back CJ Lavender Jr. intercepted St. John Bosco freshman quarterback Koa Malau’ulu with 10:43 left in the second quarter.

1st Q: Mater Dei 11, Saint John Bosco 0

Mater Dei kicked a 23-yard field goal to go up 11-0 with 4:51 left in the first quarter.

Mater Dei senior quarterback Dash Beierly (Washington commit) threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to junior wide receiver Kayden Dixon-Wyatt. Mater Dei’s 2-point conversion was successful. Mater Dei led 8-0.

ORANGE COUNTY

Final: Mission Viejo 49, Edison 24

Mission Viejo improved to 9-0 and clinched a share of the Alpha League title. Diablos senior running back Hinesward Lilomaiava ran for 114 rushing yards and three touchdowns.

Final: Brea Olinda 30, Segerstrom 18

Brea Olinda is 9-0. The Wildcats clinched a share of the Kappa League title.

Final: Laguna Beach 35, Dana Hills 32

Final: Orange Lutheran 38, Servite 0

Final: Aliso Niguel 30, Orange 14

SAN GABRIEL VALLEY

Final: Bonita 49, Charter Oak 21

at Bonita Noah Mikhaila Texas A&M commit, scored two touchdowns and had a big sack in its 49-21 win over Charter Oak. at Bonita Joseph Lara ran for 177 yards and a rushing touchdown. Lara also scored on an interception return. Coach Bonita Steve Bogan’s team improved to 9-0.

Final: Santa Fe 21, El Rancho 14

Luke Hitch of Santa Fe scored the winner of the game A 16-yard touchdown run with six seconds left in the third quarter.

Final: Covina 40, South Hills 35

Covina secured a share of the Hacienda League title.

Final: Don Lugo 22, Rowland 15

Don Lugo’s Teo Tucay scored the game-winning touchdown with 8:46 left.

Final: Serra 52, Bishop Amat 21

Serra will face Sierra Canyon for the Mission League title on Friday, November 1. Serra’s CJ McBean took a fake punt and scored on a 77-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.

Finale: Saint Paul 31, Paraclete 28

DAILY NEWS AREA

Final: Newbury Park 38, Thousand Oaks 0

Newbury Park improved to 9-0. Panthers receiver Shane Rosenthal threw a 4-yard touchdown pass to quarterback Brady Smigiel (Florida State commit) to go up 14-0 with 3:48 left in the first quarter.

Final: Chaminade 31, Notre-Dame 30, 2OT

Chaminade kicker Carter Sobel made the game-winning PAT in double overtime. It was Chaminade’s first Mission League victory of the season.

Final: Moorpark 41, Royal 0

LONG BEACH AREA

Final: Primordial 28, Norwalk 7

Paramount running back Tyler Goodman had two rushing touchdowns in the first half. The Pirates led 21-7 at halftime.

Final: Millikan 51, Compton 0

Millikan won his first outright Moore League title since 1973. The Rams improved to 8-2 overall and will enter the CIF-South Section playoffs on a seven-game winning streak.

DAILY BREEZE ZONE

Final: Leuzinger 21, Mira Costa 13

Leuzinger’s Jamaal Fay secured the victory with a late interception. Olympian running back Journee Tonga scored a game-winning 10-yard touchdown with 4:10 left. The Olympians now control third place in the Bay League.

Final: Inglewood 37, Palos Verdes 3

Inglewood improved to 9-0 overall and clinched an outright Bay League title.

Final: Carson 45, ban 21

Carson quarterback Chris Fields had four total touchdowns (two passing, two rushing). Banning’s Steven Perez had two rushing touchdowns for the Pilots.

INTERIOR AREA

Final: Centenaire 60, Norco 21

Centennial coach Matt Logan is now the winningest football coach in Inland history with 293 career wins.

Final: Colton 49, Carter 41

Colton won a wild back-and-forth game and earned a share of the Skyline League title.
