The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is all set to host the mega Kaushal Mahotsav job fair in Bharatpur, Rajasthan on November 19. Organized under the guidance of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), the event aims to bridge the gap between young job seekers and companies offering employment opportunities. In addition to professional connections, participants will receive essential training and soft skills development tailored to industry needs. This initiative represents a key step towards realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a self-reliant and skills-driven India, giving young people the tools and confidence to succeed in a competitive workforce. Candidates interested in participating in this mega job fair can register on the NSDC Jobex website: nsdcjobx.com before November 14.

The Kaushal Mahotsav will create more than 11,000 employment opportunities, providing a remarkable chance to the youth of Bharatpur and neighboring areas to get employment. NSDC CEO Ved Mani Tiwari stressed that ensuring job security for youth across India was a top priority of the government. Events like this play a crucial role in preparing them for a better, safer future. With Bharatpur at the heart of this program, local youth have the opportunity to showcase their talents, access meaningful employment and leverage their skills to grow professionally.

Training procedures:

The show will bring together companies from various sectors, including IT, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, automotive and logistics, providing young participants with the opportunity to connect directly with representatives of the industry. A key aspect of the event is the focus on improving employability through a comprehensive 40-hour training program. These sessions, held across 15 designated centers, will be led by expert trainers who will equip participants with essential soft skills. Training topics will cover effective communication, interview techniques, problem-solving strategies and time management, all aimed at preparing young people for successful careers in various sectors. The show will also include in-depth sessions focused on essential skills such as resume writing, interview preparation and other valuable tools to help attendees make the most of the many opportunities offered by companies in various industries.

Bharatpur, known for its 554 mustard oil mills and over 10,000 micro and small enterprises, will get a chance to meet its growing demand for skilled workers through this initiative. The Kaushal Mahotsav aims to connect local industries with skilled talent, providing a workforce that will, in turn, help drive regional economic growth. The NSDC operates under a public-private partnership under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Its main objective is to improve the employability of young people while supporting private sector skills development initiatives. Under the Skill India Mission, NSDC advances skill development across the country by providing training programs, financial support and strategic collaborations. The Kaushal Mahotsav initiative will not only open up new employment opportunities for the youth of Bharatpur but also equip them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to build a strong and prosperous future.
