Actor Darshan’s lawyer has submitted his health report to the Karnataka High Court. The report details all checks carried out over the past week and outlines future treatment plans in a comprehensive health map. Following this, Bellary Central Jail officials submitted Darshan Jail Report to the prison department. The report provides a detailed day-by-day account of events since Darshan’s arrival at Bellary jail, including information on visitors and other activities.

There have been earlier allegations that Darshan received preferential treatment at Parappana Agrahara jail in Bengaluru, with photos and videos circulating suggesting that he was living comfortably in the jail. As word spread, some prison officials faced consequences. Now, the alert officers of Bellary jail have handled the matter carefully and provided a comprehensive report to the jail department.

The report to the jail department includes Darshan’s date of entry and exit from Bellary jail, details of people who visited him, number of times they visited him and a logbook of visitors . Additionally, CCTV footage of Darshan’s activities within the jail was submitted. The report also includes details of when Darshan’s back pain intensified, the treatments that were provided and a report from BIM doctors.

While Darshan has been temporarily released from jail due to health reasons and is spending time with his family, his mother-in-law Pavithra is still awaiting his release. Pavithra, a resident of RR Nagar, made persistent efforts to get bail but was disappointed as her bail hearing, along with that of co-accused Anukumar, Laxman and Nagaraj, was postponed to November 21 .

Darshan has been in the hospital for over a week. It is still unclear whether he will undergo surgery or continue physical therapy.
