President-elect Donald Trump‘s return to the White House could be fraught with challenges because he has not committed to avoiding conflicts of interest, among other ethical concerns, during his tenure.

The New York Times reported that the Trump transition team failed to meet the Oct. 1 deadline to submit an ethics plan in accordance with the Presidential Transition Act.
