Real Madrid defender Eder Militão has been ruled out of the season following his latest injury.

According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Militão’s season is over after he suffered an ACL injury with a meniscus also involved.

Militão was forced off the field during the first half of Real Madrid’s 4-0 La Liga victory over Osasuna on Saturday afternoon.

The Brazilian collapsed in the Osasuna penalty area as he tried to reach the end of a cross.

Militão was in pain while receiving treatment on the field before being stretchered off.

Meanwhile, Vinicius Junior scored a hat-trick and Jude Bellingham scored a goal against Osasuna in the encounter at Santiago Bernabeu.
