Showers continue this evening, Sunday morning

Here is your Saturday evening forecast for November 9, 2024, provided by the Weather Authority of Minnesota and meteorologist Matt Serwe.

Scattered showers continue to move north across Minnesota and Wisconsin this evening. During the night, the situation should reduce to areas of fog and drizzle. In the morning, another round of light rain will pass through the Twin Cities and into Wisconsin.

Any rain is expected to fall in Minnesota around noon and end in Wisconsin by early afternoon. Highs will be pleasant in the low to mid 50s. Winds intensify Sunday night into Monday, with gusts reaching 30 mph at times. When you go out for work and school Monday morning, wind chills will be around 20 degrees.

Overall, the coming week will feature fall-like highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s. It could be a little warmer towards the end of the week. The jet stream keeps us busy, pushing more rain into Minnesota Tuesday night into Wednesday, and another system by next weekend.
