The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) will close registrations for the Prime Minister Internship Program 2024 today, November 10, 2024. Eligible candidates can secure positions by visiting the official website i.e. pminternship.mca.gov.in . This system, intended to promote the career development of young adults, aims to support 10 million people over the next five years.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN MAIN SECTORS

The PM Internship Scheme 2024 offers 80,000 internships across 24 sectors, with participation from renowned companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, Tata Group and Jubilant FoodWorks. Available areas include banking, energy, FMCG, manufacturing, and travel and hospitality.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply, candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 24, have completed secondary or higher education and possess either an ITI certificate, a diploma from a polytechnic or a degree such as BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA. , or B Pharma.

• Enter your details, after which the system will generate a CV

• Apply for up to five internships based on location, industry and qualifications preferences.

• Submit the application and save the confirmation page.

Interns will receive a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month, jointly funded by the host company (Rs 500 via CSR) and the government (Rs 4,500). Reservation policies apply to SC, ST and OBC categories.
