Nvidia CEO’s ‘Best Career Advice’

In a 2023 interview, the tech entrepreneur and philanthropist recounted the time he had a heartfelt conversation with a gardener that built his ideology of not chasing things.

The billionaire said the gardener “lovingly” looked after a temple in Kyoto, Japan, in such a way that the large garden’s mossy ecosystem was in perfect condition, even during the scorching summer heat, with limited and small tools.

Huang said he asked the gardener how he could maintain the garden. “I have plenty of time,” the man replied.

“This is the best career advice I can give: now is the most important time, just focus on the present moment. I rarely chase things. I focus on the present moment. J ‘enjoys my work,’ he said.
