EL SERENO, Calif. (KCAL/KCBS) – Police arrested a naked man after he was found living under a 93-year-old grandmother’s home in Los Angeles.

The grandmother, who lives alone, told family members that she had been hearing noises under her house for months. His grandson said he thought it was probably an animal.

But when the family heard loud noises coming from underneath the house Thursday night, they called police. Police arrived and found a man under the house. He initially refused to come out, but eventually surrendered a few hours later.

The victim’s grandson said officers found blankets and food under the house and believed the man had come in at night and left in the morning.
